Given a piece of property that sits right off of the Heartland Industrial Park, the client would like to build an apartment complex. This will allow Brentwood Long Island, located in New York, to have a significant building highlighting the train station. Working with a real site allowed for research to be included within the process. A modern take was used as the approach allowing a different presence within an industrial park.
